Edgar Allan

Edgar Allan is a novel about a family that decides to adopt a black child.  It takes place during the 1960s, so the community does not exactly welcome this child.  The novel is really about the family, however, and how it deals with this situation.  It explores the relationship between the father and the son Michael.
